What I Built

Owned $1M+ multi-channel budget (digital + physical) and in-housed paid media in month one; led strategy, copy, creative direction, deployment, and optimization across search, social, programmatic, and OOH.

Replaced agency/contractor dependency by embedding AI into the growth stack (creative iteration, audience modeling, SEO brief generation, landing-page QA, intent clustering, budget/bid automation). Enabled single-owner execution across 16+ product modules and two acquisitions (Split, Traceable).

Built internal LLM tools for keyword clustering, ad-copy variants, and experiment readouts; increased test velocity and lowered CAC while standardizing decision templates.

Partnered with PMM, PM, and DevRel to shape developer-first narratives and PLG motions; produced module-level content briefs, tutorials/how-to assets, and post-launch "what you can build" examples.

Led SEO across 16+ modules; phased out external agency, implemented AI-driven playbooks, and restored organic traffic to all-time highs.

Ran integrated OOH (San Francisco, Las Vegas) tied to product launches and events, measuring downstream search/branded lift and pipeline impact.

Improved lifecycle and pipeline quality by revamping nurtures, lead scoring, and routing with Marketing Ops; partnered with Sales/Product to reduce onboarding drop-offs and improve MQL→Meeting→Discovery conversion health.

Directed website CRO and technical fixes to improve UX and maximize inbound performance.
